No-Bake Oatmeal Breakfast

- 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 5 pitted dates
- 1 1/2 cups (up to 2 cups) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- (or raspberries) for garnish strawberries
Add oats, cashews, dates and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to a food processor. Pulse until blended together.
Start adding almond milk 1/2 cup at a time depending on how thin you like your oatmeal. Add more almond milk if you desire. Serve with fresh berries.
