Kickoff Chili Cheese Dip

  • Servings: 12 to 15 Servings


  • 2 15-ounce cans turkey chili without beans
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese
  • 1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes and green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ancho chile powder*
  • Large corn chips


1 In medium saucepan, combine chili, cream cheese, and diced tomatoes. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until combined. Stir in shredded Cheddar cheese and chile powder; cook, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted. Serve hot with corn scoops.
